Prices
We do not have a minimum order quantity and orders over £50 include free shipping to mainland UK. There is a discount of 15% for retail orders over £100, a 20% discount on retail orders over £200 and a 28% discount on retail orders over £400. Wholesale prices are available to customers buying 5kg or more (you can mix the types). Please register for a trade account to benefit from these wholesale prices.

Shipping
We usually ship the same day and send orders either by Royal Mail for small orders or by FedEx on a next working day delivery service in the UK.

World Wide Destinations
We ship worldwide. Please note that any import charges, as well as any local taxes, duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

We know it can be difficult to choose yarns if you can't see and feel them in person so we offer free samples on request. Just send us your name and address, the yarns you are interested in, and we will send you samples of these (a few metres/yards of each) free of charge.
